大风315 | 扫地机器人三次维修后变身刮地器，地砖上大量划痕擦都擦不掉；石头科技：检测正常，不承担地砖损失

center\"\u003e\u003c!--IMG_0--\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e“原以为这次修完能彻底解决，可谁知却衍生出更为严重的问题。”高先生说，最后一次维修后的机器人使用时，偶然发现在餐客厅地砖上留下大量划痕，“客厅、餐厅的地砖基本都划到了，擦都擦不掉。”万幸的是，他此前在机器人App中设置过卧室木地板的材质模式，卧室地板才得以幸免。\u003cbr/\u003e据介绍，高先生的房屋建筑面积128平方米，为三室两厅两卫户型，其中餐客厅约50平方米，铺设的是精装交付的大块地砖。记者从高先生提供的照片、视频中看到，其家中餐客厅的地砖布满不规则的划痕，有直线、曲线甚至网格状痕迹，与扫地机器人的行走路径高度吻合，划痕区域几乎覆盖了餐客厅全部地砖，视觉上十分明显。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp
